Vacation day at Saddleback

Sunday we took a family vacation day to Saddleback mountain. The weather was cold, but beautiful, and the scenery breath taking! Although it was a bit of a trek, I really wanted the boys to experience a big mountain, without all the crowds. The snow covered trees looked like something out of a Doctor Seuss movie...and the boys got to experience a "T-bar" for the first time. They made one successful trip up the mountain via t-bar...and then shortly after, had a not so successful trip part way up the mountain. For the time being, they have sworn off the t-bar...
